Broken Foundations Sometimes, you don’t get to choose the childhood you come from. You don’t get to choose the circumstances you grow up in—or the kind of adulthood that follows. Broken Foundations is born from that truth.

This project is a raw, honest reflection of surviving in the chaos: growing up in an abusive environment so extreme it can feel surreal—so surreal that others dismiss it, downplay it, or gaslight you when you speak your truth. It’s about navigating the wreckage of violence, addiction, manipulation, emotional and physical trauma, sexual exploitation, and financial control—and still choosing to move forward.

Through all of that, there’s a voice. A pulse. A self you’re trying to protect and rebuild. Broken Foundations is for everyone out there trying to become who they want to be, even when everything they started with feels shattered. It’s not just music—it’s a hand reaching out in the dark. A reminder that you’re not alone. And that something beautiful can still rise from what’s broken.
